Delete your RaceBuddy account
This page explains how to delete your RaceBuddy account and the data associated with it. RaceBuddy is operated by Mousecode (rbuddy.io).
Option 1 — Delete in the app (immediate)
The fastest way to delete your account:
- Open RaceBuddy and sign in.
- Go to Profile and tap the edit (pencil) icon.
- Tap Delete Account and confirm.
Your account and associated data are permanently deleted.
Option 2 — Request deletion by email
If you can't access the app, email office@rbuddy.io from the email address associated with your account, with the subject “Delete my account.” Requests are verified and processed within 30 days.
What is deleted
- Your profile — name, email, username and avatar
- Your drag runs, Lap Timer sessions, vehicles and related telemetry
- Your leaderboard entries
What may be retained
- Aggregated or anonymized statistics that can't be used to identify you
- Records we are legally required to keep (e.g. transaction or tax records) — retained only as long as the law requires, then deleted
