As a result of this conversion there is a possibility of a slight difference from the original price stated in our web site.

DELIVERY

In order to ship your orders as safely as we can we partner with Post Express for deliveries in Serbia, and Post Export and DHL for all international shipping.

FREE SHHIPPING (for Serbia):

By confirming the order and clicking the ‘PLACE MY ORDER’ button, you agree to the delivery terms and conditions stated. After the confirmation, the order gets the processing status. You will be notified about your order’s status via email.

Most often, it takes about 3 business days to process the orders. For all orders placed on Fridays and weekends, orders will be processed on Monday next week.

Delivery fee will not be charged for all orders with Serbian delivery addresses.

Couriers will bring the items to your delivery address between 08:00 AM and 7:00 PM, from Monday to Saturday. Please ensure that there is someone available at the address to receive the shipment during these hours. When receiving the shipment, please inspect the package to make sure there are no visible signs of damage. If you notice that the packaging is significantly damaged, and you suspect that the product may be damaged as well, please refuse to accept the shipment and immediately notify our team. If the package is not damaged, please receive the order and sign the confirmation receipt provided by the courier. If unable to deliver the package, the courier will leave a note with the shipping number, so you can pick it up in the closest post office within 5 working days.

DHL (International shipping excluding Serbia):

Most often, it takes about 10 business days to process the orders. For all orders placed on Fridays and weekends, orders will be processed on Monday next week.

DHL delivery fee will be charged 33€ for all orders with international delivery addresses. All costs of delivery will be clearly stated, separately from the item’s price, with the total price stated as well.

Your tracking number isprovided and the shipment progress is updated daily.

DHL is not delivering to P.O. Boxes.

DHL cannot ship to the Russian Federation.

Once order is dispatched, an automated e-mail with a tracking number will be sent to the e-mail address provided.

Shipment can be tracked d using the DHL Express web tool. Please allow time for the status of your shipment to be updated .

NOTICE:

Delivery may be delayed due to additional anti-terrorist checks and precautions. Delays in shipments can also be expected during busy holiday seasons.

Please keep in mind that the shipment may be subject to your local customs import taxes. For more information on that, please contact your local customs office. The package can be subject to the local taxes in the country of delivery – for more information on this, please contact your local customs office. RETURN POLICY

Please be aware that according to the Consumer Protection Act (“Off. Herald of RS”, Nos. 62/2014, 6/2016 – other act and 44/2018 – other act), online shopping through our website www.rbuddy.io is considered distance selling.

In case of distance selling, the Law provides for the right of the Buyer, considered the Consumer (i.e., a natural person who purchases an item for his/her individual needs, rather than for conducting a professional activity), to cancel the purchase contract within 14 days of delivery of the product. When canceling the order, the Buyer may but is not obliged to state the reason for cancellation.

The Contract Cancellation Form/Statement produces legal effects as of the day it was sent to the Trader.

All returns will be accepted within 14 days from your purchase if the item doesn’t fit right according to the sizing instructions provided, in case the item has any manufacturing faults and damages, or simply if you don’t like it anymore. It is not possible to return the product upon expiry of 14 days from the day the Cancellation Form was sent. The items that are damaged in transport are the responsibility of the selected courier service. RACE BUDDY MOTORSPORT DOO will not be held responsible for such misconduct of its goods.

We don’t accept returns if the ordered item has been damaged or used. It is mandatory that you return the item as new and undamaged as it was delivered, in its original packaging.

After sending a request to return the item, pack and send the item via courier service along with the payment confirmation/receipt received after you have ordered the item online. Once our team receives and inspects the item’s condition, we will proceed with the refund process.

DELIVERY EXPENSES

Delivery costs are covered by the customer, unless the customer has received damaged or wrong items. Customers who make a mistake while placing the order are required to cover the costs of delivery when sending the item back.

By confirming your order and clicking the CONFIRM your order button, you agree to the return/exchange terms and conditions as stated above.

REFUND

In case of canceling the order contract, the customer has the right to receive a refund or exchange their order for another item. Payment refunds are effective after RACE BUDDY MOTORSPORT DOO receives the item, inspects, and confirms that the item is not damaged.

RACE BUDDY MOTORSPORT DOO is responsible for making the refund equal to the amount that the customer has paid as per the contract with no delays, not later than 14 days after receiving the order contract cancellation request and the consumer sending the item back.

Costs of shipping the item back and refund taxes are covered by the customer in all cases except if a wrong item has been sent or if the item has been sent as damaged.

RACE BUDDY MOTORSPORT DOO will make the refund transfer as soon as we receive the item ordered back from the customer.

REFUND PROCEDURE

Please contact us by sending an email to office@rbuddy.io specifying your invoice/dispatch note number, name, and surname. Once we receive the necessary data, we will prepare the necessary documentation and send it along with the refund procedure instructions to the email address you entered when placing the order.

In case of returns or refunds concerning the goods paid for by the Buyer with a payment card, in whole or in part, RACE BUDDY MOTORSPORT DOO is held responsible to effect the refund exclusively through the VISA, EC/MC, and Maestro payment methods. Similarly, refunds for goods paid for by PayPal account will be conducted exclusively through PayPal.

The ordered items may not be sent to the addresses indicated on the invoice/dispatch note without first contacting our Online Shop operators by sending an email address specified above to discuss and agree on the return.

IMPORTANT: The condition of the item you are returning is your responsibility until it is received by RACE BUDDY MOTORSPORT DOO. We will not replace items that have been damaged from use, torn, stretched, or stained. All products must be returned in their original condition with the package intact. If we run out of stock of the returned item, we will offer you a product from our store within a similar price range.
